Is the shipping secure?

Certainly, all shipments are securely handled. However, due to the intricacies of shipping logistics to Ecuador, a tracking number may not be available. Rest assured, updates on the status of your order will be communicated to you via email and WhatsApp messages.

How do you ship to Ecuador?

We have partnered with an Ecuadorian logistics company with over 20 years of experience. With their assistance, the entry into the country and the customs process will be expedited and facilitated. Within Ecuador, we work with Servientrega for deliveries to any address you specify. Please provide the complete and correct name and id number of the person the customs will be under.

Do I have to pay extra for international shipping?

The only additional shipping cost you would have to pay is for Servientrega, and it depends on the destination city.

For purchases over $90, the shipping through Servientrega is free.

When it comes to international shipping, it's important to stay informed about the whereabouts of your package. If you have a package that is currently in Ecuadorian customs, you can easily track its progress using the provided information. Here's how:

1. Obtain the tracking number: To track your package in Ecuadorian customs, you will need the tracking number which is the identification number provided when the order was placed. Make sure to have this number handy before proceeding.

2. Visit the Ecuadorian customs website: Open your web browser and go to the official website of the Ecuadorian customs authority. A box will appear with "CONSULTA DE TRACKING - COURIER Y CORREO POSTAL"as title and information space to fill out.

3. Fill out the information: On the "CONSULTA DE TRACKING - COURIER Y CORREO POSTAL"box. Go ahead and select "courier" then on "Tipo del Documento" drop down menu select "Cédula" and type the identification number,  Double-check for any typos or errors to ensure accurate results. If everything looks good, write the verification code and hit the search button.

4. Review the tracking details: The system will then retrieve the latest information about your package from the Ecuadorian customs database. Once the tracking process is complete, you will be presented with the tracking details of your package (you'll find it at the bottom of the page) This information may include the current location of your package, the date and time of its arrival in customs, and any updates regarding customs clearance or inspections.

How do you deliver it to my address?

Once the customs order has been issued, we proceed with the shipment using Servientrega.

They will take care of the delivery to the address you have placed. (home, work place or Servientrega agency)

How long does it take to get it?

The estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) but times vary depending on several factors during transit and customs.

How can I track my order?

Due to the complexities of logistics in Ecuador, tracking numbers are not provided by the logistics companies we engage with. Consequently, we regret that we are unable to furnish you with a tracking method.

However, please be assured that we have communicated the progress of your order through both email and WhatsApp.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at this moment...we are an e-commerce. But we are hoping for one soon.

I received my order, but it did not arrive complete/it arrived damaged, what can I do?

First of all, an apology! Please write to us hello@thegrapebeauty.com including your order number, so we can follow up and resolve your case.

Can I defer the payment?

Directly with us it cannot be deferred but you can call your bank and request the deferred amount paid.

Could you provide an invoice?

All orders have the invoice attached on the outer side of the package.

If you need an Ecuadorian invoice we cannot provide one as we are an American company.

What payment method do you accept?

For Ecuador we have enable credit and debit cards and deposit or wire transfer.

We cannot accept PayPal on Ecuador.

The product I want I out of stock, When can I purchase it?

We typically restock every two weeks. If a product is out of stock, you'll notice a box where you can enter your email address to receive notifications as soon as it becomes available again.

Do you give free samples on all the orders?

Yes! Receive free samples, and maybe even a surprise, on ALL of our shipments. We also have frequent promotions where we give away products/merch.

Are your products originals?

All products at Grape Beauty are original and imported directly from South Korea in direct agreements with the brands.

We are constantly in communication with official brands and suppliers. We sell them in perfect condition, with their container and contents intact.

Can the ingredients harm my skin?

Korean-Japanese products use natural ingredients, which tend to be friendlier to the skin. We recommend doing a small test on your hand before applying to your face.

How do I apply a product if the instructions are in Korean?

Most products have their instructions, ingredients and description on the container or packaging in English.

Are the products tested on animals?

In South Korea there is a law that no product can be tested on animals, therefore products manufactured in Korea are not tested on animals.

Are all products from Korea?

The majority of our products are from Korea, but we also offer selections from Japanese brands.

Do you carry any vegan brands?

Yes, we offer vegan brands, conveniently located under the "Vegan" tab on the main menu for easy navigation.

How do I make a Purchase?

Simple!

1. Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart; The button comes within each product page.

2. When your order is complete, click Check Out, this will take you to a page where you can fill out your shipping information.

3. We will present you with the payment options: Payment by credit and debit card, deposit, transfer. Choose the most convenient one for you.

4. Afterwards you should receive a confirmation email.

We accept payments by credit/ debit card, bank transfer, deposit.

Where can I see the bank account details for transfers?

At the end of the order, select that payment method "deposit/transfer". And the account information will appear in the confirmation page.

Need an Invoice?

The commercial invoice comes in your package. If you need a digital copy you can write to us at hello@thegrapebeauty.com requesting your invoice (invoice) with tax value in the USA.
