We offer shipping services to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and Ecuador, sending products from our warehouse to your final destination. To accomplish this, we collaborate with various commercial logistics partners who ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your purchase right to your doorstep.

Is the shipping secure?

Yes, all shipments are secure and come with a tracking number so you can monitor the current status of the delivery.

How do you ship to Ecuador?

We have partnered with an Ecuadorian logistics company with over 20 years of experience. With their assistance, the entry into the country and the customs process will be expedited and facilitated. Within Ecuador, we work with Servientrega for deliveries to any address you specify.

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

Ecuador: The only additional shipping cost you would have to pay is for Servientrega, and it depends on the destination city. For purchases over $90, the shipping through Servientrega is free.

USA: If your purchase is over $45, you qualify for free shipping. If it's below that amount, you would have to pay the shipping fee corresponding to the delivery destination.

Puerto Rico: At the moment, we do not offer free shipping to Puerto Rico.

Mexico: Yes, the shipping cost to Mexico is calculated at the time of checkout.
